Analyst View

The analyst wrote the company delivered a strong fourth quarter, with revenue growth and gross margin expansion exceeding consensus, driving an EPS beat.

FY26 outlook was encouraging, with projected comp growth of 1%–3% above its typical zero percent–2% range, and management saw potential upside as the company was well-positioned to pursue sales aggressively, added the analyst.

Telsey said off-price demand remained strong, benefiting the company, while continued store expansion, relocations and strategic acquisitions provide further growth opportunities.

Estimates Raised

Following a strong fourth quarter and continued off-price channel momentum, the analyst raised FY26 estimates.

Telsey expected comps of 3.1% (up from 2.5%), driving total sales growth of 10.3% Y/Y to $12.741 billion (previously $12.548 billion).

The analyst now expected FY26 EPS of $11.36 (including nine cent lease acquisition costs), up from $11.18, compared with $9.76 in FY25 and prior consensus of $11.17.
